You can permanently delete your Sohba account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Your account is deleted immediately.
If you no longer have the app installed, email us at Admin@sohba.gg from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Sohba account deletion request". We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (including your photo, bio, games, and preferences), your matches and conversations, your messages, your push-notification tokens, and your login credentials.
We may retain limited records where required for safety (for example, reports under review involving your account) or by law, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
